It also covers executions, whippings, mental and normal health conditions, escapes and many individual stories. There are over 45 photographs, maps, letters and it even includes one from the Victorian Hang Man. A chapter is dedicated to covering the author’s services to the prison. The reader will get a factual insight into a subject most persons will find fascinating. A life most people can only begin to imagine. |
